Kohli has played some vital knocks against Pakistan in the past and will look to repeat that again in the much-awaited India vs Pakistan clash. On the other hand, Pakistan started their Asia Cup 2203 campaign with a solid win over Nepal.

Kohli in Asia Cup over the years
In a total of ten 50-over Asia Cup innings, Kohli has scored 613 runs, including three centuries and one half century. As far as the T20 format of the Asia Cup is concerned, the Delhi born cricketer has amassed 429 runs at an impeccable average of 85.80 across nine innings.
Kohli played his first Asia Cup back in 2010. While Kohli could not perform as per expectations, India did win the tournament by beating Sri Lanka in the final. Kohli made only 67 runs at an average of 16.75 in 4 innings. His highest score was a mere 28 runs off 34 balls against Sri Lanka in the final.
