Sania Mirza Brutally Trolled for Supporting Pakistan in T20 World Cup Semis
After Pakistan’s loss against Australia in World T20 Semi-Final, India’s tennis star Sania Mirza was trolled on Social Media for supporting Pakistan. She was present at the Dubai international cricket stadium and was seen cheering for her husband Shoaib Malik and Pakistan team.
Indian Fans Get Furious on Sania Mirza
It did not go well with Indians on social media and they questioned her loyalty. However, there were some who were in her favour her and said that there was nothing wrong in this as the tennis star was cheering for her husband. But others were furious and even called her a traitor.

Sania and Shoaib are two of the biggest sports celebrities from the sub continent. The two got married in 2010 after dating each other for 5 months. It led to a lot of criticism at that time as cross border marriage is not normal. Shoaib has been playing for Pakistan since 1999 and has been team’s captain also in the past. On the other hand, Sania had been ranked India’s number 1 tennis player from her debut in 2003 for many years. She has won many titles in doubles and mixed doubles competition.
