RRR Movie: The premiere shows in the United States bring in $3 million
The wait is over and RRR, directed by SS Rajamouli finally hits theatres today, March 25. In the original release schedule, RRR was scheduled for January 7. Due to the spike in the number of Omicron-related cases occurring in the country, the release was pushed back. There were several changes to the release date. In only a few hours, the picture obliterated box office records. After its premiere in the United States, RRR became the first Indian film to gross $3 million dollars (approximately Rs 22 crore). The film is likely to rewrite box office history thanks to its massive budget.

RRR breaks record in the US
Finally, The film has seen the light of day after nearly 3.5 years of development. The most awaited film started breaking box office records just hours after its release. Indian films have never before crossed the $3 million thresholds in the US with the war drama.
About RRR
There are fictional characters Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem based on Telugu freedom heroes. Alluri Seetharama Raju will be portrayed by Ram Charan and Komaram Bheem by Jr NTR. Production is being handled by DVV Danayya, with a budget of Rs 450 crore. Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt, Samuthirakani, Ray Stevenson, Alison Doody, and Olivia Morris all play important roles in the film.
