RRR crossed the 1000 crore mark

RRR, directed by SS Rajamouli, crossed the 1000 crore mark just before the third weekend, making it on the list of highest-grossing Indian films. RRR is the third Indian film to gross over Rs 1000 crore.

Aamir Khan’s Dangal, which grossed Rs 2,024 crore globally, is the highest-grossing film in Indian cinema. Rajamouli’s Bahubali 2 came in second with Rs 1,810 crore in box office revenue. With a total of Rs 1,003 crore, RRR is currently third on the list. RRR has a total revenue of Rs 1,003 crore globally. The film also did well in Hindi cinema, grossing Rs 221 crore. RRR’s total earnings in 16 days is 698 crores, with around 403 crores coming from the Telugu version.

The movie has made a total of Rs 221 crore at the box office in Hindi. The film’s next aim is Shah Rukh Khan’s Chennai Express, which grossed Rs 217 crore, and Salman Khan’s Kick, which grossed Rs 231 crore. It’ll be interesting to watch whether RRR can break the 250 crore mark at the Hindi box office before Eid.

RRR breaking records

On its first weekend, the movie set a number of records. The film’s biggest achievement, however, was breaking Bahubali 2’s worldwide weekend box office record. The weekend worldwide box office for RRR has surpassed that of Bahubali. Over the weekend, the film grossed more than Rs 500 crore.

Bahubali 2’s worldwide box office gain of roughly Rs 1800 crore will not be surpassed by RRR’s lifetime collection. But, thanks to RRR and Bahubali, Rajamouli has risen to the top of India’s film industry.

RRR Overseas has been shown on almost 6000 screens throughout the world. Although movie tickets are expensive, many are prepared to pay a high price to watch this film. With an opening weekend of roughly Rs 42 crore in the United States, the film has established a new record.  RRR’s first weekend shattered all box office records throughout the world. It had a worldwide opening of Rs 223 crore. The film earned a total of Rs 350 crore on its second day, a rise of Rs 127 crore.
