Meet Pearl Kapur, who built company worth Rs 9,800 crore in just 3 months

With a net worth of $1.1 billion, Pearl Kapur has become India’s youngest billionaire at the age of 27. The cutting-edge Web3 cybersecurity startup Zyber 365 has witnessed a tremendous rise and has become a unicorn in just 3 months. The Web3 and AI-based OS startup offers a decentralized and cyber-secured operating system with a strong focus on environmental sustainability.

Kapur is a Serial entrepreneur, investor, and Web3 enthusiast. He completed his graduation from Queen Mary University of London and holds an MSC in Investment Banking (CFA Pathway). Kapur earlier worked as a Financial Advisor at AMPM Store for more than two years and than worked as a Business Advisor at Antier Solutions. After that, Kapur started his entrepreneurial journey with Billion Pay Technologies Pvt Ltd, in 2022. He then went on to set up a venture in the Web3 space called Zyber 365 in May 2023.

The Sram & Mram Group made a significant investment of $100 million in Series A funding, which further propelled Zyber 365’s valuation. Zyber 365’s EVM Compatible Smart Contract Platform, which functions as a Layer 1 Chain using the Proof of Authority (PoA) consensus mechanism, focuses on security, energy efficiency and sustainability which is in line with Humanity & United Nations SDG goals.
