Shiv Thakare Rags to Riches Story
Till Now, Shiv may have appeared on many shows, but he never forgets his roots. His inspiring rags-to-riches story is an inspiration for people who dream big and do everything in their power to turn it into reality. Shiv started his career as a reality TV star by appearing on MTV Roadies Rising in 2017. During his Roadies audition, he talked about his struggle and even made Ranvijay Singha cry. Shiv said that he used to live in a slum with his family and had recently moved to a new house. He revealed about selling newspapers and milk packets and also working in his father’s paan shop to make ends meet. Later he took up a better job as an event manager, where he also worked as a dance choreographer. He was saving money earned from the job for his sister’s wedding. Apart from Rannvijay, Karan Kundra and Prince Narula also looked impressed and praised Shiv for his grit and determination. From here on, Shiv’s popularity kept growing. In 2019, Shiv appeared on MTV’s The Anti Social Network and won the show and after that ended up winning Bigg Boss Marathi 2 as well. Then Shiv became an entrepreneur and launched his own Perfume Brand.

Family & Educational Background
Shiv was born in 1989 to Manohar Thakare who owns a betel leaf shop in Amravati,Maharashtra. His mother’s name is Ashatai Thakare and his sister’s name is Manisha Thakare and she is married. Shiv’s did his schooling and further attended college in Maharashtra only. For schooling, he went to Sant Kavaram Vidyalaya located in Amravati. Following this, Thakare graduated from the G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering in Nagpur.
