RCB vs GT: Watch Natasa’s reaction after Hardik’s bat went high in the air

RCB vs GT: On Thursday at the Wankhede Stadium, Gujarat Titans captain Hardik Pandya won the toss and opted to bat first against Royal Challengers Bangalore in match 67 of the IPL 2022. Both sides are unbeaten at this stadium, which is hosting the tournament’s 19th match. Gujarat defeated Bangalore by six wickets the previous time these two sides faced at the Brabourne Stadium on April 30.

Meanwhile, something strange happened during the 10th over of the match, which was bowled by RCB all-rounder Glenn Maxwell. The bat slipped from Hardik’s hands and flew up into the air before landing near the square-leg umpire on the last ball of the over.

Everyone on the pitch was stunned, but Hardik’s wife Natasa Stankovic, who was in the grandstand, was taken aback when she saw Pandya’s bat flying through the air and said, “What just happened?” See the video below.

RCB vs GT Match Highlights

After a disappointing season, Virat Kohli returned to form when it mattered most for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). The former RCB captain hit 73 off 54 balls to keep the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 play-offs battle alive as RCB chased down a tough 169-run target set by Gujarat Titans (GT) in 18.4 overs.

They are currently fourth in the points rankings with 16 points. Before the RCB skipper was dismissed for 44 by Rashid Khan, Kohli and Faf du Plessis put on a 115-run partnership for the first wicket (38). The spinner struck once more, this time with Kohli before Maxwell completed the game with an unbeaten 40 off 18 balls.

After deciding to bat first, Hardik Pandya had previously led the side from the front with an unbeaten 62(47) as GT amassed 168/5. In addition to Pandya, Rashid had a 6-ball 19 and David Miller had 34. (25). For the RCB, Josh Hazlewood claimed two wickets, with Wanindu Hasaranga and Glenn Maxwell each taking one.
